Moor
Borrow dollars against your tokenized stocks without selling a share. Post NVIDIA, Apple, Alphabet or SpaceX as collateral, take USDG out, and repay whenever you like.
Cash, without selling your shares
Selling a position to raise cash ends the position, can trigger a tax bill, and takes you out of the market. Borrowing against it does none of that.
You give up the upside
- The shares are gone, along with anything they gain next.
- A sale can be a taxable event.
- Buying back later means paying the spread twice.
- Tokenized stocks earn nothing sitting idle in a wallet.
You keep every share
- Your stock stays yours, and so does every dollar it gains.
- Borrow USDG at Morpho's live market rate: 0.48% a year right now.
- Repay any amount, any time. No term and no schedule.
- Your wallet signs every step. Moor never holds your shares.
Three steps, all on chain
Each step is one transaction on a contract that was already on Robinhood Chain before Moor existed. The app shows you each one before you sign.
Bring or buy a stock
Hold SPCX, AAPL, NVDA, GOOGL, SPY or TSLA on Robinhood Chain, or buy one in the app with USDG through Uniswap's router.
Post it as collateral
Your shares go into the Morpho Blue market for that stock. They are still yours, and you can withdraw them whenever the loan allows.
Borrow dollars
Take up to 62.5% of the value in USDG. Moor shows your health and the exact price at which the position could be liquidated.

What can go wrong
Borrowing against a stock is safe only while you watch the price. Here is exactly what happens if you don't.
If the stock falls far enough
When your loan passes 62.5% of the collateral's value, anyone may repay part of it and take the matching shares plus a bonus of about 12.7%. Moor shows the price at which that begins, and by default keeps you well below the line.
Repay some of the loan or add shares at any time to move the line further away.
Contracts that were already there
Morpho Blue, Uniswap v3 and each market's price oracle, all live on Robinhood Chain and used by others before Moor. Moor adds no contract, holds no keys and cannot move your funds.
This site only builds transactions. Your wallet shows each one before you sign it. Every address is listed in the docs.
Questions, answered
Do I have to sell anything?
No. You post the shares as collateral and borrow against them. Every share stays in your name in the Morpho market, and you take it back when you repay.
What does it cost?
The borrow rate of the market you use, which Morpho sets from how much of it is lent out: 0.48% a year at the cheapest market right now. You also pay gas on Robinhood Chain, usually a fraction of a cent. Moor charges nothing and has no token.
Where do the dollars come from?
From lenders who have supplied USDG to that Morpho Blue market. The app shows how much is free to borrow before you ask for it.
How do I pay it back?
Open the market in the app and repay part or all of the loan. "Repay all" clears it to the last unit, and then you can withdraw every share.
What happens if the price drops?
Your health falls. At 1.0 the position can be liquidated: someone repays part of your loan and receives the matching shares plus a bonus. The app shows your liquidation price, so you can add collateral or repay before you get there.
What do I need to start?
A wallet such as MetaMask or Rabby on Robinhood Chain, a little ETH for gas, and either one of the supported stocks or some USDG to buy one with.
Can Moor take my shares?
No. Moor has no contract and no keys. Your shares sit in Morpho Blue under your own address, and only your wallet can borrow against them or withdraw them.
Keep the shares. Use the value.
Connect a wallet and see what your stocks can borrow. It takes about a minute.
